- 1 1/2 lbs salmon, skin on
- 1/4 cup dijon or stone ground mustard
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl mix together the mustard and maple syrup.
Put a large piece of foil on a baking sheet and place the salmon fillets in the center, skin side down. Fold the edges of the foil around the salmon to form a bowl, make sure the corners are sealed.
Pour the maple mustard mixture over the salmon and bake for 12-24 minutes until flaky (bake time will depend on the thickness of your fillets).
